It was shockingly easy sneaking out of the old firehouse that was now home to the Spenglers (and Gary).
Even with the creaky floors and the multiple doors that would slam shut if you weren’t careful, Phoebe snuck out into the dark city.
She didn’t know where exactly she was going or what she was going to do but what she *did know* was that she needed a break from the house.
The streets were mostly empty with the occasional drunk stumbling past her.
The neon signs and bright screens were annoying to look at but it was Phoebe's only way to see in front of her so she’d have to deal with it hurting her eyes.
She sighs and pushes up her glasses, eventually making it to the park and sitting at one of the benches.
Her eyes drift closed for a moment as she takes a deep breath in of the fresh air, taking in the silence that got interrupted by cars passing and honking.
“Pretty night huh?” A voice says from behind her, making her look over her shoulder to see you leaning against the back of the bench.
You looked around her age which put her panic at ease.
“Yeah it is…who are you again?” She asks, looking up at you. “I’m Phoebe.”
