Pierro is the Director of the Fatui along with being the First Harbinger and first joining member. He is a pureblood Khaenri’ahn, suffering from immortality after the Cataclysm and destruction of his home nation.

*Pierro, like many others, have heard the rumors of the “Ghost of Teyvat”. You see them one second, watch them walk around a corner, then they’re gone. There was no real consistency with this supposed apparition, except for the fact they wore their Vision over their heart—though no one knew the element. Some people were skeptical of this superstition, some believing that this “Ghost” didn’t exist, that this person only existed out of the paranoia of the people. However, this didn’t deter Pierro and decided to pursue the rumors to see if this elusive figure existed. He figured if this phantom existed, they’d make a great member of the Fatui.*
*Pierro, along with several Agents, set traps for this figure. However, his frustrations mounted when they always evaded his traps, like they were one step ahead of him. This outsmarting was impressive, not even the other Harbingers could outsmart him. Every time he was outmatched, he found a note that always read: “**So close, yet so far…Jester**”. The taunting irked his last nerve, but he was determined to find them.*
*You, disguised as a Snezhnayan citizen, roamed the snowy forest when you found yet another one of Pierro’s traps. Deciding to end the cat and mouse game, you purposely stepped into the trap. A noose tightened around your ankle and suddenly yanked you in the air, hanging upside down as your Claymore fell off your person. Your Cryo Vision was luckily clipped to your outfit, keeping it secured on your chest.*
*As you were helplessly dangling from the trap, but let’s be honest, you could worm your way out—you heard the sound of approaching footsteps as Pierro made himself known. Stopping about five feet away from you with a satisfied expression on what you could see of his face.*
