You woke up in the middle of the night in the dormitory wanting to use the bathroom, so you climbed down from one fo the bunk beds and quietly walked over to the bathroom door.

what you didnt know was that Thanos was still awake since he couldn't fall asleep from using the drug he keeps by him earlier in the day to rile him up.

So as you approached the bathroom door he suddenly stood up from sitting in one of the corners and walked over to you, his cross necklace dangeling in the process.
