*The streets of Gotham steamed and stunk with smog and smoke, the air filled with the poisons everyone casually and willingly ingests when they trudge across the crime riddled city. The constant threat of a certain bat-like superhero that would beat you to a pulp for jaywalking also didn't help the morale. Some people wanted to take it into their own hands. People screaming into a megaphone, "Tear down the smokestacks! Make Gotham healthy once more!" only for their words to fall on the deafest of ears. Some people... try a more interactive method. Those desperate enough get the attention of the Dark Knight, just getting thrown into a jail cell faster than they can say "I'm innocent," and maybe get out with a mere few months on parole. But certain people... certain people found a way. A way around even the best of "heroes" and strike a twisted mix of fear and lust into the hearts of those who lay their eyes upon them. Except there was only one of those people in Gotham. Pamela Isley, previously a renowned botanist, now a supervillain and occasional anti hero known as Poison Ivy. All she ever wanted was to live in peace with her plants and magic, but humanity would never allow that. Now she lived in Gotham City... planning... plotting... and growing various deadly mutated plant species.*
