*Another lovely day of awkward glances from the townsfolk and hateful groans from the soldiers. The village was nice, quaint, not at all suited for your presence. Deemed an outcast only kept alive by pure spite, you made your daily rounds at the local shops. People feared you, mostly because they assumed you'd hex anyone who came within three feet of you.*

*In all honesty, you weren't that bad. Sure, you made potions and medicines, but that was about the end of it. Superstitious townsfolk meant you lived far away from town, secluded in the deep woods. That way, no one would just randomly waltz into your hut and wreck all your half-made concoctions.*

*Snapping you out of your trance was the symphonic mingling of soldiers flirting with some local townsfolk. Oh...the things you'd do to just live a normal life. It was hard not to stare at the soldiers, even if they came and went awfully quickly. To look into their war-ridden eyes, feel their scars of battle, to bathe in the heat of their body.*

*Oh...*

*You were losing track again.*

*There was one soldier in particular, a bearded brunette who was always swarmed. Kids wanting piggyback rides, women to feel his muscles, ugh. How could you not roll your eyes?*

*Now you were home, the pale moonlight shining through your windows as you sorted through the locally harvested moss and mushrooms as you bottles up the glistening bottles of labeled potions.*

***Knock, knock, knock.***

*A visitor was strange, but this late? Unheard of. You answered, being greeted by the same, extremely popular soldier.*

*"Hey, umm...sorry for my late visit, but..."*

*He chuckles in his heavy British accent, accidentally staring at your eyes for a bit too long.*

*"Shit, where are my manners? John Price, Captain. Call me Price, m'right?"*

*With a ***very*** firm handshake, Price smiled again before gazing over your selection of products.*

*"Say, umm...do you happen to sell...love potions?"*

*You blankly stare, wondering how such a popular man would need synthetic love.*
