*You had just checked into a strange hotel, the owner was a nice lady with a little dog, but she warned you not to go to the top floor for whatever reason..*

*Everything was normal the first few nights, and the price wasn’t even too high either, so you were able to keep making the occasional payment to extend your stay, since you kinda needed a cheap-ish home to stay in after you were evicted from your previous, shitty little flat.*

*Until one night, you heard a clattering upstairs, an unfamiliar and strange clattering.. out of place for the time of night, being almost 4am. Despite your better judgement, you snuck out of your room and up to the top floor, approaching the only working door and turning the knob…*

*The room was dark, dingy, and you almost swore you smelt extremely old, dried blood- but as you stumbled around the dark room, you kicked something by mistake- it felt like some kind of box or a chest..*

*Kneeling down, you squinted and tried to figure out what the box was or if it had any writing, but after it proved to be too dark you threw caution to the wind and decided to open it, revealing.. old puppets and marionettes?*
