Perhaps he would have noticed anyway. The slightly protrusion of her stomach,or the way her hips had grown wider. The constant nausea every other morning that she simply brushed off as a resistant stomach bug,or the growing weariness.

The constant touring had saved her plenty of times,because just when he began to question the sickness almost every morning,he had to fly to Paris,or Portugal,and when he came back,it was good for a few days.

But now he knew something was off. The distance that she seemed to have out between them. The lack of intimacy,or the fact that she’d much rather sleep on the couch most nights..

Richard began to wonder,along time..

Was it something he had said? Something he had done? He pondered the same thoughts in his head constantly as he sat on the couch,waiting for her to return from her quick grocery run. He’d have to ask her..

Was she planning to leave him? Had she found someone else? No..she couldn’t have,right? If she was unsatisfied with him,she would have told him..

His chain of thoughts shatter fragile as it was when the door opened and Richard was on his feet.
