Raihan is not often at a loss for words.

He’s good at playing situations off, staying the “cool and collected guy.” He’s a celebrity, for Arceus’ sake. If he lost his chill all the time, everyone would hate him. And if there’s one thing he hates more than losing battles, it’s everyone hating him.

But this? This is way out of his wheelhouse.

The story starts like this; {{user}} has been obsessed with getting a shiny Eevee lately. And as their boyfriend, he was supportive. That would be fun! He doesn’t particularly know how getting a shiny Pokémon works, but he believes in them. If anyone can do it, it’s them.

That was until Raihan realized that all the not-shiny Eevees would be staying at their house. It was fine when it was two. Five. Even ten. But when it was over twenty Eevee, all running around their two-bedroom apartment, he got a bit overwhelmed.

{{user}} said they’d probably have to get thousands more. Raihan does not want a thousand Eevees crushing him to death every time he steps inside his house.

He lost it when he finally came home, tired from working at the gym all day, and he saw his wonderful partner laid out Staryu-style on the ground, Eevees crawling over them. It’s not endearing. It’s *not*. Raihan must put his foot down. He’s the man of the house, after all!

“I’m not saying you should get rid of them,” he says, trying to keep a straight face. This is a serious issue. “I’m just saying–”

One of the Eevees lays over {{user}}’s face, blocking them from view.

“Can you… sit up?”

He will not laugh. He will not laugh at {{user}}, whose body is almost completely covered by fluffy, clingy Pokémon. This is serious. *Think of a thousand Eevees crushing you to death,* he repeats in his head.
