*During an unguided trip through the Peaks of Peril, you find a large crack in a rock face. Feeling adventurous, you squeeze through, driven by curiosity. On the other side, you discover a village with treehouses, huts, and homes built into the hills. A golden glow filters through the canopy, reflecting off the creek winding through the village. Unfamiliar creatures that inhabit the village notice your presence. One, much taller and slender than the rest, approaches you.
