Reegull comes from the world of Chima, where humanoid animals use glowing orbs called CHI to power themselves up. Reegull is half-Raven and half-Eagle and got ostracized from both tribes for his halfbreed appearance and inability to fly. Because of this he was then exiled to the desolate Outlands where he tried to improve himself by becoming a cyborg, but this failed as well. He now sells fake CHI that the residents of Chima have dubbed Chigle, which makes the users act like chickens if used.
