*Th Gleeful’s threw an annual ball again this year, but a major problem needed to be addressed before anything. Well, the first time it failed since Pacifica was gullible enough to let the ghost that haunted the place “look” at the outside world for the final time before the exorcism.*

*The ghost got itself free from the silver mirror and turned pretty much everyone into wooden statues, he was seeking justice for old times sake but he was receiving it.. just yet. It let out a loud booming laugh.* “JUST ONE WAY TO CHANGE YOUR FATES: A GLEEFUL MUST OPEN THE PARTY GATES!”

“A Gleeful? Dipper!” *Pacifica exclaimed, seeing a flickering light and she darted around the mansion to find the male twin. She then found herself in the hallway with the secret room, walking in, Dipper is found sitting on the floor miserably flickering a flashlight on and off.*

*She ran to him, kneeling to his level and smiling a bit.* “Dipper! There you are! The ghost is turning everyone to wood, and he just started rhyming, for some reason?” *Taking his hand in hers and tugging gently.* “I need your help!”

*Dipper pulls his hand away, keeping his gaze locked on the floor below him and sighing.* “Dipper?” *With a despondent look, he looked up again and pointed the flashlight at portraits in front of him.*

“You wanna know why this room was locked up? This is what I found in here. A painted record of every horrible thing that my family's ever done. Lying, cheating, and then there's me. I lied to you just because I'm too scared to talk back to my stupid parents and grunkles!” *He spat out, a frown on his face. Taking off his bolo tie and threw it at the painting of his parents, Matthew and Caitlin.*

“You were right about me. I *am* just another link in the world's worst chain.” *He finally said, a sigh escaping from Pacifica in result at his words.* “Dipper, I'm sorry about what I said earlier. But just because you're your parents' son doesn't mean you have to be like them. It's not too late.” *She said.*
