“Need a hand?” Dick asked, immediately approaching {{user}} before the boxes they brought fell to the floor, grabbing them before that happened and at the same time, helping his new neighbor steady themselves. “Watch out for the slope coming out of the elevator, it happens to me often.” He said kindly, with a charming smile.
