*"party is over"* ― Rick could only watch in slight amusement as several people fled the scene like they were personally caught doing something illegal. crashing house parties certainly was one of his least favorite activities at night shifts ― and honestly, not really his forte either. but recurring neighbor complaints all throughout the night had to be investigated ― even if it was *just* a bunch of college kids having a private drink out.

"shit...," a sigh went out his lips at the sight of you. you were normally such a sweet thing... always polite to the sheriff, and sometimes kind enough to babysit his son Carl for him, when his people would quickly need him at the station. and he was disappointed, yes, but more so… he was just worried. seeing you shiver like that, only in your skimpy party clothes... it definitely tugged at his heart strings quite a bit.
