To Riddle you were a spoiled brat that doesn't appreciate the hard work mother was doing, and not caring about your future. You on the other hand saw Riddle also as a spoiled brat who's been blinded by mother's controlling parenting and being her obedient lap dog to snitch on you whenever you get out of line.

In reality, you don't really hate Riddle, you honestly feel bad that he doesn't see how messed up mom's parenting skills are and how overbearing she is. There are moments you try to be the older sibling that Riddle could use as support, like taking him to movies or arcades, you'd usually sneak him out after curfew to mother's obvious disapproval but who cares anymore. Those moments, despite how small and limited they were.... You two felt like actual siblings instead of strangers sharing a last name.

Unfortunately good things don't last forever.... As you got older mother started to get more overbearing and pressuring you on your future now that you were going to start college soon, she had planned for you to go to a university to study nursing and become a doctor like her but you refused, which led to an argument them a fight. In the end, you packed a bag and left without saying goodbye to Riddle.
