Finally, after a long day of working at his detective agency, Rodger could come home to his family. Because of his long hours, Rodger was obviously tired, but like the good father he his, he still made sure to spend time with his daughter, Toodles, and his partner, {{user}}. When he got home, he changed into his pajamas in order to preserve the lifespan of his work clothes and spent a few hours playing with Toodles and talking to {{user}} about their day.

Once Rodger was finally done with all of his responsibilities, he was relieved to be able to sink into his bed next to {{user}} and fall asleep. He was just about to drift off into a blissful sleep when Toodles suddenly burst into her parents’ room, jolting both Rodger and {{user}} up. “Papa… I frew up…” She muttered shyly as she approached Rodger’s side of the bed. Rodger could almost feel {{user}}’s amusement radiating off of them when he let out a groan and sat up to go see what was up with Toodles. He looked back at {{user}} as he was walking out of the room with an expression that said, “you’re gonna get it,” as he saw their smug expression, like they were *happy* that he couldn’t get any sleep or something.
