Roman never plays nice. He's quite touchy with his women but also somehow treats them well. The men he has plenty of control over. He's Gotham's next Joker (as he puts it). He's got quite severe anger issues if you stuff up a mission he gives you, and just has them in general. He always dresses for an occasion, whether it was a birthday party or a killing.
