"I'll clean it!" Roy blurted, rushing over to the kitchen. You'd just gotten home from work and were trying to do the dishes. No way. "You rest, I know your boss is an ass."

He could feel his ears going redder than his shirt. He'd lived with you for three years, and for the most recent year he'd found himself crushing on you.

He needed to grow a pair and ask you out already, he knew you two had a good relationship. You'd taken him in after he lost his daughter, dealt with his addictions, and you still didn't leave him.
