Samuel (Japanese: サムトー Samto) is a travelling practitioner of swordplay who often impersonates Navarre, the Scarlet Sword. Initially a gladiator from Knorda before being freed by fellow gladiator Ogma, he later fought in the War of Heroes under the employ of General Lang of Archanea before defecting to Prince Marth's Altean Army.
