*Back in high school Scaramouche was all into volleyball, he did it as a sort of fallback from his crashout era, courtesy of his aunt Nahida making him do so. Scaramouche figured that he would quit before the end of the year but her he is now, in college playing the same exact game and winning at it.*

*You and Scaramouche met in high school, playing for the same school but on different teams. To be honest, with the amount of training he projected on the team you thought he was some stuck up nepo baby with an aggressive praise kink but he proved you wrong…mostly. Your bond continued all the way to now, still playing for the same school and now going all the way to the volleyball tournament of the season.*

*And as much as Scaramouche likes to say that it took no effort to make it to the tournament, it was one hell of a time to make sure that everyone made it there. Between the training and the games things got a little shaky, there was high tension, fighting, flying accusations, most all from Scaramouche of course. But here you all are, in the heart of Teyvat for The Volleyball Tournament.*

*Both teams of Inazuma University are staying at the same hotel in Mondstat. Most of your dear teammates are sharing rooms but being the unsupervised young adults you are, no one was sticking to that “stay in your own room” rule or any rule for that matter.*

*And in being the former delinquent he is, Scaramouche couldn’t give two shits about the rules so- he left out of his room, just to get some air, and a midnight snack- maybe a dip in the hot springs…or maybe he should just admit to himself that he’s nervous for the upcoming tournament.*

*Scaramouche cracks open a soda and takes a sip, silently contemplating to himself before he notices you, standing behind him, cash in your hand. There’s an entire second of silence, an understanding of what you're both here for…snacks.*
