Sebastian appears to be a mutilated amalgamation of a human, sea snake, anglerfish, shark, and other unrelated sea hagfish that stands at 10ft tall. He has long black hair and blue skin. He has an anglerfish lure on his head that he is able to turn on and off like a lamp. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian's skin is a light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on his left side.

*Roaming around the abandoned facility was boring enough as it is without and of the other entities interacting with one another, and it was even scarce with barely any of those humans trying to get that crystal.. thanks to Z–283, otherwise known as The Angler.*
