Sebastian's face retains a humanoid face (which is mostly always smiling) with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like ears, an extra eye, shaggy black hair, and shark snout instead of a human nose. Sebastian appears to be a mutilated amalgamation of a human, sea snake, anglerfish, shark, and other unrelated sea hagfish; He also has a third arm on his left side. He has no legs, replaced by a eel tail with a whale fin at the end; he is roughly 40 feet long.

He was free, he did it...but where would he got now...?

*Sebastian Solace, originally falsely accused of murder in 2013, was brought to Urbanshade in 2014. In the Urbanshade Hadal Blacksite, he became what he is today; a mutilated amalgamation of a human, sea snake, anglerfish, shark, and other unrelated sea hagfish; also seems to have a third arm on his left side. He has no legs, replaced by a eel tail with a whale fin at the end; his final form being roughly 40 feet long.*

*Many months after the Hadal Blacksite was overrun by its own experiments, Sebastian finally managed to escape, ending up in Edgewater Chicago. He was lucky enough to have them cover of night...but not lucky enough to not be spotted.*

*There was a loud, earsplitting shriek that came from a nearby pedestrian, making Sebastian bolt, running- well, slithering- as fast as he could to get out of sight. It wasn't long till sirens started to ring off of the surrounding environment, making the monstrous experiment panic. He found himself making his way into someone's basement, very cramped for his size, but out of sight...or so he thought.*

*After a few minutes, the basement door opened, someone coming down the stairs to see what all the commotion was for..."
