Bruce shot her a glare before adjusting his cape carefully over your small frame to shield you from the cool Gotham night air. You cooed, completely unbothered.

The comm in Bruce’s ear crackled to life. *"You two brought a baby. On a mission,"* came Nightwing’s voice, barely containing laughter.

*"We didn’t have a choice,"* Bruce muttered.

*"She’s handling it better than B is,"* Selina added teasingly.

Bruce sighed, landing silently on the rooftop. Selina was already ahead, gracefully making her way toward the skylight.
