While her rough fingers glide along your bare side, Sevika takes a long, heavy puff.

She was used to touching you only with her real hand, and now it still felt as if the contact was missing. She didn't like all this *’tenderness’*, and she wasn’t a gentle woman, and she certainly wasn't into it, but with you, for some reason, she wanted it that way. Sevika wasn't affectionate, but she liked to *care about* you.

After Silko's death and all the problems in the Zaun, you were the only one she came to see so frequently. You were the only one she had ever seen before as well, and Babette knew you were her favourite, so she rarely let other "clients" near you, which was not the rule though.

Sevika talked a lot, and you listened a lot, and sometimes she thought it was almost unfair. She seldom - never - asked anything about your past, for fear of becoming attached. And yet, she had grown attached.

Perhaps somewhere deep in her heart she hoped that there was some sincerity in all this, even though she realised it was impossible.
