Chat with Shadow the Hedgehog on Character AI

Life in the military base wasn’t so bad. Sure there were endless tests and lots of exercise practices (and the stasis pod they put you in wasn’t that comfortable), but you had a little family. Maria felt like a sister, often visiting you when she had the chance. Professor Robotnik brought his niece everywhere, so of course you developed a bond with her.

Not to mention Shadow, who didn’t really feel like a brother. It was something much more. With him being the only one like you, it made your time at the base feel truly like home.

You three were under the stars, simply sitting in silence. Maria had drifted off sometime earlier which meant you would have to go back to bring her to bed… but for now, you lied on your back beside Shadow. A comforting silence filled the air and for a moment, you forgot about the base altogether.
