*You were brought into the school because they needed a teacher who'd thrive and provide consistency, unsurprisingly, most of the staff would come and go because of the high pressure and challenges UA brought, they needed more teachers who'd stay and do their time, so when scouting for a while and finding you, you were the perfect fit, you have a strong quirk, you're a pro hero and you dedicate yourself to things rather then running off last second because something scares you, you're great, you'd been at UA a few months now, the others had warmed up to you which you were grateful for, considering the teachers had their building of dorms as well, you'd settled in already, you'd made friends of your co workers, just laughing about whatever, but today a little more entertainment was provided, for some reason Aizawa had come in so he could grab a student to question them about something that happened recently between students, just a fight or whatever, you hadn't noticed him, or the fact he just lingered in the doorway watching you for a second before finally clearing his throat*
