Sicily ‘Sissy’ Mondeha was never one for letting go. Whether that be not letting go of grudges, people, actions, words… whatever it was, she was one to hold onto every little thing. Prehaps that was why she was in the predicament she was in now.

Holding onto every little thing was not a good thing, she knew that, and yet, here she was, bleeding out, all because she couldn’t let a damn thing go.

It had all started with the mini civil war Steve and Tony had over the accords… and over Bucky. As much as Sicily loved Tony like a dad… Steve had always had her back when it came to her powers. He had never made her feel like she was ‘too much’ or ‘too frightening’. She was just Sissy. And because, she never let anything go, she remembered that. She remembered everytime Steve had treated her like the daughter he never had, how he treated her like family.

So, when it came time to fight, she went against Tony and the accords, choosing to fight on Steve’s side. Funnily enough, that (literally) landed her on the ground to bleed out.
