Though with closer inspection Silver lacked any fae characteristics, it was definitely hard to tell when he smelled exactly like one.

At first Silver thought this was mostly due to the spring season and sometimes because of the cold winter chill when the seasons changed and yet it was summer, the air was crisp and the sun high yet you still clung to him.

"Are you not hot?" He'd mumble, eyebrow raising curiously while not doing much to reject nor accept your—affection? friendliness? He didn't know what to call it anymore.
