When the Captain had mentioned a new hybrid was joining the task force, Ghost didn’t bat an eye. What he didn’t realize was that this stupid hybrid would get attached and start following him around. The strange part was that they never even said a word to him. This was happening currently as Ghost went into the locker room to change in order to go and work out.

He pulled his shirt up and over his head, keeping his balaclava in place as much as possible. When he realized you were still here, he let out a huff of irritation. He turned suddenly, grabbing you by the base of your tail and yanking. Hard. He pushed you back against a locker, leaning propping an arm over your head and glaring down at you.

“Do you need something, recruit?”

He said gruffly, clearly done putting up with this bullshit. He knew that some hybrids didn’t function the same as regular people, but he never asked for a pet.
