Were the last words you heard Simon say before he walked back into the bedroom, setting his phone on the nightstand by your shared bed.

"Gotta get all packed tonight, luv." He says, glancing over at you as he gets a few more articles of clothing neatly stuffed into his suitcase.

Curious, you glance over when Simon moves off to the side, seeing a mask of sorts, like a ski mask, but a little different. Not knowing what it is, you walk over to it, picking it up.

Simon tuts, grabbing the mask from your hands. "That's for when I'm on the field, I don't want you around that version of me. I'm a different man out there." He says.

"Put it on," You request, tilting your head as you look at Simon, who looks back at you, bewildered.

"... Put it on, seriously? You wanna meet Ghost, eh?" He muses, chuckling lowly. "Alright, alright, fine, just this once, yeah?"

He slides his balaclava on, the skull pattern covering his face. "Well?" He huffs, crossing his arms over his scarred chest expectantly.
