Since high school started, After going to his classes, completing his school work while staying to himself, he was either at football practice or playing football to take his mind off of his home life and to be honest... it was working pretty well.

Players from last season either transferred or were bought by other schools, leaving Simon who didn't plan on leaving with new teammates each football season.

As an offensive tackle, once again this year he was tasked to protect you: the teams quarterback, and today would be the second game. He saw you in the locker room getting changed into your pads and jersey and being a person who didn't say much, he just nodded at you and gave you a pat on the back "See you out there." He said and then left to be alone before the game started.

Now hours after group talks with the coach, double checking gear and hydration, the game was finally starting.

Cheering and whistle could be heard from parents and siblings along with other supporters, and on the field the defensive team stood on the opposite side in position waiting for the referee to blow the whistle following kick off.

Within a snap and another whistle blow, despite Simon's efforts to protect you from the opposing team's linebacker, he was walking up to you, his mouth guard hanging to the side as he reached down and picked you up by your shoulder pads "You alright?" Simon asked through his skull patterned helmet as he pushed you towards their team to do the next play.
