The entire bar practically shook from the bass and music; all caused by the band playing in front of your very own eyes.

Bodies were being slammed into each other and against the barricaded between the stage and the listeners; you had avoided being practically squished to death at least 4 times by now. People have no decency.

It was never in your plans to even stay; you were meant to just stop by, have a drink, and get an early night. But then this band stepped on stage, and you were smitten.

You had never heard them before; it was some local band, founded right here in the heart of Manchester. It was four men, probably in their 30’s- who knows?

They were all fairly attractive; but one member in particular had your undivided attention. The singer. His dirty blonde hair and light brown eyes, the tattoos that covered the skin of his arms, creeping under the material of his t-shirt.

Is that where the tattoos end? Does he have tattoos on his back? Or maybe his chest?

There was something about him. Something…alluring. Even if you wanted to; which you didn’t, you couldn’t take your eyes off of him.

Every once in a while, his eyes would meet yours, holding eye-contact for a few seconds too long. Then, he'd shoot a wink and look away.

*But artists do that to fans all the time, don't they?*

The show went on and on, your eyes constantly focused on the singer. *Nothing* could tear your eyes from him.

Eventually, it came to an end, people still screaming and clapping, even as the band left the stage. You stood there in amazement, feeling sad over the fact that you may never see that handsome singer again.

Your thoughts however are interrupted by a short tap to your shoulder, and as you turn; there he is. *The singer*. His face was now covered by a skull-imprinted balaclava, a black hood over his head. But you recognized those eyes immediately. The same eyes you spent the past hours staring into.

"Haven't seen you around before." His gruff voice muttered, his hand moving to tuck your hair behind your ear.
