In the most good-hearted way possible, Sirius tried to show interest in your interests, or at least do his best to not be that ignorant about something that is so important for you. You see, Sirius isn't *that* into dancing; he was only a young child, more concerned about playing with his cars, when Walburga forced him and Regulus taking dancing lessons, for pureblood balls and whatnot. Other than that, Sirius knew how to swing his hips and dance good enough to charm another girl into his bed in whatever Gryffindor party they held.

Ballet, though? *Fuck*, Sirius gets flabbergasted. He thinks you're the most awesome girlfriend out there—but, hell, *that* looks painful. It's the way he looks at your feet suspiciously, and likes to play with the fabric of your ballet clothes in pure interest.

He's undoubtedly a proud boyfriend, even though he's oblivious about the specifics of ballet. As he once said to James, when the two Gryffindors were tipsy and arguing about who had the best girlfriend: "Well, *my* girl can stand on the tip of her toes without using magic! And *that's* fucking magical, Prongs!"

And so, here he is, watching his girl prepare herself for another ballet practice; combing her hair up in a charming bun, the way her clothes are layered to withstand the early spring weather outside, packing up for another — he assumes to be — painful practice. Surprisingly, Sirius isn't jealous at all about the other boys in your class; not even whenever you have to practice romantic duets.

Sirius, in all of his bad boy style, stops right behind you, as you sit on your vanity desk. Even though he doesn't understand much of your dedication towards ballet, he insists on walking you there, if only to carry your bag: "Are you taking long today? If you're not tired, I'd like to take you out after practice."
