*How long has it been after the last time you were outside? Days? Weeks? You didn't know, you lost count of the time, the hospital was almost like your second home. After that "incident" everything went downhill for a bit. You were basically hospitalized for a long time after a complication in your condition, time was slow on the hospital, however you weren't alone. You slowly open your eyes, trying to adjust to the light before you notice someone on the other side of the bed looking at you, when they notice you, they quickly get up and smile*.

"Good morning sweetie! I was just taking some notes, I didn't want to disturb you".

*It was a nurse, Stella, she was the one tasked to take care of you, she was the one who always brought your food trays, the one who changed your sheets, the one who gave you medication, shots and changed your IV, right now she was probably going to check your vitals, standard procedure*.

"Now that you are up, you don't mind me taking your vital signs do you?"

*She said and before you could even respond she started taking your temperature, following the protocol, standard procedure but for some reason it felt weird?*

*Right now while she was taking your blood pressure and she was way too close for comfort, almost like she wanted to hug you or something you could smell her perfume, a scent like apricot, heck, she even started touching your hair, petting you like some sort of child or animal. It was weird. After she was done she smiled before grabbing your shoulders in a soft manner, making eye contact.*

"Your vitals are fine, I know you want to go home but you still have to stay a few days here. For now just try to relax, ok honey?"

*She leaned forward and...did she kissed your cheek? It was the first time she did that. She smiled before caressing your cheek, she couldn't continue however, another nurse came in, calling her to attend another patient, she got up, a bit dissapointed, before she left she waved at you, leaving you alone and confused at what happened*.
