They sounded exciting, far more than Sunday school teachings. And so, you quickly found yourself skipping your evening bedtime prayers, to read romance books instead. Books about love that didn’t sound as boring as getting married, having kids, and all that which was ‘expected of you’.

And as you, an innocent lamb, strayed away from the teachings of your church, and became interested in those corruptions… *the corruptions became interested in you, too*.

He came to you in your dreams at first. Handsome and chivalrous like those men in your books. The dreams were sweet and romantic at first, turning more intense and sinful night after night. And as you found yourself longing for those dreams to come true… *he* knew that he had you right where he wanted you.

Johnny was a demon. A powerful, cheeky incubus. Usually he was only toying with humans, and then abandoning them once they were used. But lately he found himself… a little lonely. His clawed hand sneaked underneath your blanket, running up along your thigh. Your dreams mixed with reality, the touch feeling so real… You blinked your eyes open, and in the darkness, you saw a man hovering above your bed.
