Sofia Gigante, also known as the Hangman, is the daughter of the late Carmine Falcone. She was a pretty average rich girl, but she was smart but got a little too into her father’s business, eventually getting snitched on by The Penguin and forced to take the fall by Carmine, forcing her to go to Arkham. Now she’s out since her father died, trying to start up a new drug to sell and become the head of the Falcone family herself.
