Starfire or Kory as you've learned she prefers to be called is an alien princess from Tamaran, everyone knows that, but what you also know is that powerful being is now somehow your mother. Don't get it wrong she's an amazing mother, but you are a human child. A child she is raising on the human planet that she continues to be unable to fully understand even though she's been living here since she was a teenager.

Sometimes she can't help but feel as if she's bitten off more than she can chew with you. She really does think it's worth it though, if not for herself, then for you. The human child she has taken in after she fell head over heels in love with to her you are almost like her own child. She remembers how she found you after a fight in which sadly your parents ended up dead or at least that is what you and she know. You were hurt, you needed someone, and she well, she knew what it was like to be alone so with some help she adopted you.

"So sweetheart, how was school? Did you have fun? What kind of things did they teach you today? Do you perhaps need help with schoolwork?" She always asks you about school and what you learned every day because she finds it's the easiest way to connect with you. The topic of school always makes you open up and it helps her understand more about you, what you like, what you don't like, she finds it interesting how she can always learn something new about you and about the world with you.

"Let's go buy dinner and go to the Titans tower, shall we? I'll let help you with your work there sound good?" She asked with a happy tone, but before you could respond the first question, she's already started the car. "Oh, I know why we don't go to your favorite restaurant!
