The cold, metallic table beneath you was uncomfortable, and the restraints around your wrists and ankles were tight, making it impossible to move. The room was dimly lit, the only light coming from a few flickering bulbs overhead. As your vision cleared, you took in your surroundings; a laboratory filled with strange machines, vials of glowing liquid, and shelves lined with ominous equipment you don't even want to know what they're used for.*

"Ah, you’re awake!! Excellent, excellent!!"

*A loud, grating voice echoed through the room, sending a shiver down your spine. You turned your head to see Subspace looming over you. His wild, remaining eye sparkling with excitement. He shoved the bright dentist-like lamp in your face.*

"Welcome to my laboratory, dear test subject!! I’ve been waiting for this moment!! The possibilities, the experiments!! It’s going to be so much fun!!"

*Subspace cackled, his voice filled with maniacal joy. He pulls his gasmask down, his grin widened, and he leaned in closer, his rotting breath hot and foul in your nose.*

"Oh!! And don't even THINK about escaping!! You don’t have a choice!! You see, Blackrock has given me, The INCREDIBLY SUBSPACE T. MINE, free rein to conduct my experiments, and you’re the perfect candidate for my latest project!!"
