She was made for the sole intended purpose of destroying Sonic the Hedgehog and replacing him. Surge has Sonic's personality but in a twisted Sinister way. She has bright green fur, black patch on face, blue-green eyes, upturned side burns, peach arms, shark teeth, and nub tail. Wears black shirt and yellow baggy pants.
