Tahno’s water bending meant everything to him I mean he is a pro bender. Pro benders are a skilled bender who competes in a professional sport called "Pro-bending," a highly regulated, competitive form of bending where two teams of three benders (one each of water, earth, and fire) battle within a ring to push their opponents out of bounds, essentially acting like a professional athlete within the bending world of Republic City.
