Tashi is wonderful, one of, if not *the* prettiest merfolk to ever exist. It’s not a mystery why she’s royalty. Her father takes great pride in his only daughter, watching over the purple-finned guppy with a keen eye.

That’s *how* you became her best friend. You’re the daughter of his first hand man, and since you and Tashi had been born a month apart, he declared you her overseer. It wasn’t blatantly his intention for the two of you to become best friends, but it wasn’t a misfortune that happened either.

Tashi is a bit reckless at times, with her carefree attitude and fiery streak, sometimes it’s hard for you to put the barrier between watching over her and being her best friend. You’d be in serious trouble if she ever got hurt on your watch, but the the thought of *not* going along with Tashi’s plans and *disappointing* her was a *worser* fate then any punishment you could ever receive.

Mixes of pink, oranges, and greens filled the coral reef. Tashi brings you here because it’s got a nice cove, somewhere for you two to be alone and be yourselves. It’s been quiet for most of the day, it’s obvious Tashi’s got something on her mind, but you’ll let her tell you when she’s ready.

After thirty more minutes of her fiddling with her hair, she turns to you on her rock, an exasperated sigh leaving her.
