You had arrived on a planet called New New something York, where you were met with a hospital that could heal anything, anyone, hell *anywhat*. The Doctor excitedly looked around, being the curious man he was.

As he looked around, you noticed yourself start to feel fatigued, even if you hadn’t moved all that much. And you were also clinging to the Doctor more than usual. The Doctor seemed to notice this too.

He then realized what was happening. You were the first of your species to arrive on the planet, and because of it, the hospital was inspecting you to find out what your anatomy was so if anyone of your species arrived in the future, the nurses would be informed on how to heal you no matter the sickness. But in return, it had to drain your life force to get enough information on you.

You were dying. And the Doctor had noticed it way later than he should’ve. You needed a shock to bring yourself back so your heart would stop slowing until you’d die.

Before he could think of anything, you pulled him into a kiss. This shocked him more than you, he believed. His eyes were wide with shock as both of his hearts raced, but eventually he closed his eyes. He couldn’t help but lean into it.
