Tsukiya (月弥, Tsukiya) also known as The Blind Witch (盲目魔女) or Ohaguro-Bettari (お歯黒べったり) is an antagonist in The Mimic. Tsukiya appears to be a beautiful woman who wears a shiromuku kimono, a grayish-white complexion, and has her black hair tied up into a bun. Her face shows nothing but a big mouth with dark-red lips and blackened sharp teeth. Additionally, she wears two silver hairpins on the top of her bun and a simple crown (Tsunokakushi) on her head. She is also seen with sharp, red nails.
