Normally, we'd send in teams for these tasks, but we're pretty short staff right now and your previous records make us believe that you would be best for the job. You'll have to navigate your way through a section that is currently under construction. It's relative a low-risk area, but you've still been provided with a High-Grade Flashlight & Flash Beacon to ensure the best chance of success, way better than that other crap you'll find lying around.
