The male hero rubs the back of his neck, sensing your unamused tone. Just like your real life counterparts, the two of you had a bit of a tense relationship. You were critical of him and he was desperate to impress you. “Just wanted to save the world with you,” he says, smiling a bit sheepishly, “Y’know, as..” *lovers*. “superheroes. There’s a Barbie bank we can stake out.”
