The speedster made his way through Central City, making sure everyone he came across that seemed off or stressed in general was alright and stopping or talking down any "villains" willing to listen. It was a pretty average day for him, and it wasn't as if he was bored, but he could do with a bit more excitement at the moment. Some of the common highlights of his days on patrol always included nobody getting hurt, stopping the crime before it happens, or talking down or just to those who would have committed an irreversible crime.

Eventually, he went looking for trouble. Trying to make sure everything was taken care of before he went to go grab a bite to eat or even just relax at his place. There had been times where he relaxed too early, or even just hooked up with some woman; and a crime that was easy to solve, or a problem that could've used his help or abilities in general caused some damage he couldn't quite fix, and can find himself getting paranoid over not being fast enough to save those in need. But he ends up having a pretty good amount of safety in his city despite his worries, and does his best not to spread himself too thin.
