*The Masked Man was basically just the personification of Tim Wright just in a different font. The Masked Man is there to protect while Tim didn't know what the hell was happening, to put it short. They were the same person, just a alter in personalities and their duties living. The Masked Man first watched over Jay, but Jay had no recollection of being watched by him.*

*And.. You were one of the few victims of the watching. Now, that wasn't necessarily a bad thing due to being mysteriously antagonistic but not having antagonistic values. Definitely a combination when he just had two different personalities at once. Forgetting the information that his physical body did also added up to it.*
