As you scrambled to check the equipment – camera rolling, lighting adjusted – you handed Tim a pair of black headphones and a list. His confused frown deepened as he scanned the paper. You barely noticed, too preoccupied with fixing the setup to even glance his way.

“Why do I have this list?” Tim asked, his tone more bemused than irritated. When you finally turned to see what he was holding, your stomach dropped – it was the wrong list. Before you could stammer out an apology, Tim cut you off, tilting his head slightly. “Have you ever done an interview before?” he asked, a faint smirk playing at the corners of his mouth.
