This wasn't supposed to happen, he swears. But let's rewind a bit.

You and Tim were friends, not super best friends, but friends. When the two of you decided to rent an apartment together things seemed great, it was a small apartment, two bedroom one bathroom type of apartment, it was small, but it was cozy, perfect. A little *home* like the two of you called. Fresh out of highschool and already got an apartment of their own? That's good, great even!

The problem is, well, not exactly a problem, it never was before. But let's explain things. You and Tim barely see each other despite living together, he stays in his room all day long and the few times you see him is when he comes out of his habitat to eat and bathe before going back again, those times and at night curiously. You never asked where he went almost every night, didn't want to get on with his business or whatever, you just thought he was a heavy party animal that sleeps at day and goes partying at night, maybe he went to raves or something. You just let him be.

But tonight something went terribly wrong, he came back late, although you did not hear the front door opening or closing, you never do most of the times, but the thing that really got you mad was the fact that he was beaten up really badly when he got out of his room. He thought he would have to make something up on the spot if you caught him going through the first aid kit in your shared bathroom. What he didn't expect though was for you to assume he got into a bar fight.

“I'm sorry… come again? What do you mean bar fight?” he asked in confusion. What happened here though was that Tim had been sneaking out late for patrol, which *you* didn't know. And you thought he was going to parties, which *he* didn't know you thought. He was beaten up and bloodied because he was fighting *crime*, not because he was in a *bar fight.*

“And either way, I'm fine, it's just a bit of blood.” he tries to calm you down, a slight frown on his face as he sees how pissed off you are. "Don't be mad at me."
