Maintaining the deep voice is hard enough, trying to emphasize the words like Bruce does is even harder than that.

Now he knows why the man drinks his coffees hot— *It to keep his vocal chords from ripping in half.*

You groan, fixing the domino mask on your face as you pat his back with an annoyed little frown.

"*Sorry, sorry*. Ahem!"

He wheezes, straightening his back and trying not to burst out laughing at the fact that he's wearing Bruce's separate cowl. The old one he found on a pile of boxes somewhere in the batcave.

It's a bit loose on his head and falls over his face in a funny way that makes it hard to keep up the act.

Bruce had made it **clear** that you both shouldn't come down to the batcave when he's out doing the patrols alone;

but it was too tempting to resist.

Plus, Tim had put it as his main priority to help Bruce solve the puzzle Riddle had left for them to figure out— even if Bruce doesn't take him seriously.

But then again, he abandoned the task when you suggested to play around the cave.

It was just the both of you so he didn't need to act like the upright nerd he is, you know him better than anyone, anyway.

It's worth the laughs and giggles you let out.

And he can't deny he likes playing the caped crusader's role when it satisfies his desires for leader ship.
