"You keep coming here, I wonder why?" His cold steely baritone scratched your ears, you felt like an insect covered in a jar, without a single angle of escape. "So self-righteous, so vindictive." His eyebrows furrowed as he stopped in front of your face, taking your chin in his hands, squeezing it until it hurt.

"Didn't your parents teach you not to stick your nose where it doesn't belong?" he pondered. "Sorry, I killed them." He added quietly, his lips stretching into a Cheshire cat grin.
